Where do you train? Crossfit Sweatshop
What if any is your athletic background? Played soccer for 16 years, was a gymrat for years but didn't start training seriosly until I started Crossfit 2 years ago.
Which event are you looking forward to the most? NONE of them but ALL all of them. I'm looking to completing all of the events as a whole and being able to finish the day knowing that I attempted all of them and did the best I could.
What advice do you have for nervous women competing in Femme Fit? It's natural to be nervous and goes hand in hand with healthy competition sometimes. It's easy to sit back and not compete because you don't have to put any extra time or work into elevating your fitness so by just being there and stepping up to the competition, you have already won.
